"Replacement showed up, but the return was a hassle"
I did end up getting my replacement, so the warranty came through in the end. That said, the return process dragged on longer than it should have, and it was kind of frustrating waiting around without much happening. Glad it got sorted, but the experience definitely wasn’t as smooth as I hoped.

"Pretty easy overall, no complaints"
I ordered a trimmer from worx.com the whole thing went smoothly. Checkout was simple, the confirmation email came through right away, and the shipping updates showed up when I’d expect them to. To be fair, I didn’t run into any problems, so I can’t really speak to how they handle issues, but for a straightforward order, it was easy and hassle-free.

I’m usually a little skeptical when companies go on about their “great support” and all that polished customer-service talk, but I have to admit they answered me really quickly. The help was simple and to the point, which I appreciated.

"Battery is just okay tbh"
The tools work fine overall, but the battery life is kinda hit or miss tbh. My trimmer does alright for quick little jobs, but if the grass is thick, it starts draining way faster than I expected.

Charging also takes longer than I’d like, which is def annoying when I forget to plug it in before starting. Not a dealbreaker or anything, just something to keep in mind. Ordering from the site was easy enough tho

"Great value and a solid purchase"
I bought a trimmer and battery from worx.com, and I’m really grateful it turned out to be worth the money. It’s not the fanciest tool out there, but it works well, feels sturdy, and gets the job done. Delivery went smoothly too, which I appreciated. "Great trimmer, but the battery had me mildly panicking"
My Worx trimmer works really well and cuts nice and clean. I was feeling like a yard-work champion for about five minutes, then the battery started dying faster than I expected and I dramatically questioned all my life choices. That said, it still gets the job done, and overall I’m happy with it.

"Solid little tool overall"
I’ve had my Worx tool for a few months now, it’s been holding up well. Surprising. The plastic feels tougher than I expected, and nothing has started rattling or coming loose. Nice. It’s not perfect, but for what I paid, the build quality feels solid.

"Arrived a little sooner than expected"
